It was Hollywood’s finest moment only in real life. Sarah first met Rob while both working for USAID. Rob, on his 12th tour, was tasked as her protection while working in Afghanistan.
The two hold a special and unique connection. It is undeniable they belong together. Married in the UK, where they call home. Rob and Sarah decided to have a ceremony and reception to celebrate their union here in the states. It only made sense to celebrate their love at Sarah’s childhood home, her parents hop Farm.
The ceremony was beyond moving, as the rings were blessed, and family members promised to support their marriage. Everything about their ceremony was intimate and beautiful. Down to the tear moving vows that were exchanged between Sarah and her new step-daughter Tamsin.
When it came time for Toasts. Rob took the microphone and with the most endearing speech he toasted his bride. Promising that just as he protected her and kept her safe in Afghanistan, she would never have to worry about safety or fear again because he would spend the rest of his life protecting her as his wife.
