She had a vision. A vision every little girl dreams of. He had a Lindsay shaped hole in his heart. The two spectacular souls became one on July 18, 2015 at the beautiful Avon Century Barn.
Seth and Lindsay Scott spent the better part of a year planning, prepping and DYI’ing her creative vision. There was not a single detail left unaccounted for. Down to the beautifully designed day of schedule for all the ladies and gents.
The yard was laid with bead lit mason jars, white chairs, wicker furniture and elegantly designed programs. The barn was dressed with white linens, hung bistro lights. elegant signage, antique books, bottles and floral arrangements by the sophisticated and talented Stacy K. Cup cakes and Italian cookies were laid by Genesee Bakery. Music and entertainment by the fabulous Finger Lakes Entertainment Group.
Lindsay was arrayed in head to toe with distinguished elegance. Her lace, jeweled gown by designer Anna Campbell. Her cathedral veil by designer Erica Koesler.
The girls wore their hair down with loose, bouncy curls, they were arrayed in different shades of pink. The gentlemen complimented the lovely ladies with different shades of form fitted suits and pops of pink. Seth stood apart in a sexy navy suit, matching his guys with neon shoe strings.
The anticipation grew as the ceremony approached. Excitement was all over Seth’s face. He could hardly contain himself. The first glimpse of his bride brought tears to his eyes. Tears which evoked tears in every member of the bridal party. Seth’s heart had been filled and Lindsay was now complete with her man by her side. The new Mr. & Mrs. Scott were announced and crowd applauded.
The reception began with beautiful marriage advice from both Seth’s brother and Lindsays Father. Dancing, joy and celebration went long into the night.
Congratulations Seth and Lindsay. I pray your lives will be filled with joy, happiness, love and endurance. Never give up, always pick your battles and never ever go a night without saying I love you! All my love. XOXO
