I’ll Never Photograph Another Wedding Again.

After 20 years behind the camera, I can officially say: I’ve retired from wedding photography.

To every single couple who trusted me to capture your biggest, most intimate moments thank you. It was never just about photographs; it was about walking alongside you. From planning and executing timelines to being right there for your first look, your vows, and your dance floor moments, it has been the greatest honor of my career.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to close this chapter than by photographing my childhood best friend’s wedding as my last. It was everything weddings should be joyful, laughter-filled, overflowing with love. I couldn’t be happier or more honored that my career ended in such a full-circle way.

Three years ago, I launched my real estate career. When Maxton started kindergarten last fall, I made the commitment to dive all in and it has been nothing short of amazing. My first full-time year has been a whirlwind of growth and success. Being a mom of four has meant chasing, pausing, and reshaping dreams, and now, I’ve finally stepped fully into this next one.

Here’s the truth: my heart has always been in walking alongside people during life’s biggest moments. For years, that meant planning your weddings, photographing your “I do’s,” capturing first homes, first babies, and even first puppies. Today, that means helping you navigate the purchase or sale of a home the safe place where the rest of your life’s memories will unfold.

I’ve had the privilege of witnessing so many of your journeys for the last 20 years. Now, I’d love to invite you to follow mine as I grow and share this next chapter.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, and the homes we’ll find together.

xoxo,
MK
